I agree with you for the most part. Look back at my posts and you'll see that I though long ago JP et. al. were just buying time. The one aspect of this story that may be different is most of these pinks have little or no assets. Can't say that about KGLJ. Even though the SEC is a total farce, attorneys are more inclined to get involved if there is plenty of value in doing so. We'll just have to see as we proceed. If the whole thing was a fabrication or they bought enough time during and after the halt to shuffle the assets, I can only hope to Google one day and find that TS's orthopedic specialists paid a house call.
