IMO the new management had some control in determining initial
price.When they gained control of voting rights from RICK P around APRIL 15 they finally could move forward...I still am holding every share,and expect to hold long term but IMO current management can do some things to improve financial situation of old, beat up,tired,pissed off,grey,handicapped,horny,broke,shareholders like me.
