MOAB, UTAH, Apr 29, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Utah Uranium Corp. (the "Company") (UTUC:utah uranium corp com
UTUC 0.57, 0.00, 0.0%) is pleased to provide the following update to the Company's announcement of the acquisition of the Ernestina Lake Potash property, located in the Province of Alberta, Canada. The Company acquired 192,000 contiguous hectares (474,400 acres) of potash claims, located in east-central Alberta, adjoining the Saskatchewan provincial border, northwest of the town of Unity, Saskatchewan, the site of Canada's first Potash mine.

The Company has received several inquiries regarding potential joint ventures of this large property. At present, discussions are moving forward with more than one potential partnership group. It is the intention of management to secure the best transaction for the Company in order to see the quickest development of this project, thereby offering the greatest rewards to shareholders, within the shortest timeframe.
As a condition of any transaction, the Company will require the completion of a modern 43-101 report on the existing nature of the deposit and the potential extent of the mineralization, followed by a firm commitment to commence development as recommended within any 43-101 report.

A further news release will be issued upon the conclusion of joint venture discussions.
