ONCO ~ CEO phone call 4/28/08 and transparency:

I spoke to the CEO, Dr. Walker, on the phone yesterday...here is a summary of the conversation.

First of all I want to say that the CEO was very kind and cordial and took more than 15 or 20 minutes of his busy day to discuss what's going on with the company.

There will be a filing EOM updating share structure and earnings on Pink Sheets.

The company is in a hallway right now as they are in the middle of brand new contracts...every new contract requires a new State or Federal license so in the meantime they are between revs.

The CEO is currently preparing a presentation for Hampton University, who is building a new $200M treatment facility. The Hampton University facility will be only the 6th proton facility in the nation. The presentation is structured to acquire a consulting contract for Hampton University's new facility. The fact that Hampton University is even considering Onco is enormous in and of itself.

Currently there are 10 Brachytherapy contracts similar to the successful one in Youngstown Ohio being pursued. The CEO has recently hired a new V.P. who is responsible for bringing in many of these new contracts. As they are negotiating with doctors and boards of directors from medical establishments the pace has been timid in terms of negotiations.

Furthermore, the company is actively engaged in seeking 5 new sites from New York to Louisiana and Colorado to Iowa.

The CEO wanted to further reiterate to shareholders that most of his personal net worth is tied up in the company...and he is working diligently to get us past this period of growth. He was very credible in my opinion to say the least. I have spoken to many CEO's in the past, and I can assure you that Dr. Walker really believes in this company.
