1) they havent done it yet- so the short positon is still high
2) authorized common is bigger than float
3)in the past 9 days,, 201mil+ is the total vol-just about eats up the proposal on authorized.
4) many of those 'new' shares are for insiders,, makes me wonder if the mm's/street has encouraged them to avoid a tsar run.
