What is your take on that, exactly? I could never quite figure out what they intended with that acquisition - and when I asked them directly for updates, or even if it was still in the works, my questions went unanswered.

Have they been diluting slowly for the cash they intend to use for the acquisition? All the while claiming to know nothing and have no control over how it trades? Sounds suspect.

Wouldn't they be better off increasing the PPS, making the shares more valuable? Or are they paying with shares so if they beat the price down they get the company for less? Still sounds suspect to me.

What am I missing?

Also, this has been out there for a long time. You think if they PR that is done, and give an updated, diluted share count, the stock will run? I sure hope so.
