If your broker doesn`t allow $ 5.00 as limit for your RCCH-sell-orders so far so just try a lower limit (for example $ 1.00 or $ .50 or even lower..) IT MUST BE POSSIBLE TO PLACE A SELL ORDER FOR YOUR SHARES AT HIGHER LEVELS!! ..and you always have the option to increase/decrease your limit!
