$3,127,517 is what they are "expecting" to have to pay. Now with tens of thousands of shares from us arbs, hundreds of 249 share lots, i would now bet this is no better than a 50-50 of going through. Downside of 5.50 or so if the deal is made record holder only or cancelled.

i spoke with them Friday and they said the board may not go through with it if the costs are much above what is in the filings.
