Energy Fuels is only one permit away from putting their Whirlwind mine into production. You can count on one hand the juniors that are going into production in the next few years so this makes EFR a member of a pretty exclusive club. The big question that has been hanging over EFR like the Sword of Damocles is...what to do with the ore. Well, that's not really true. Because there is only one option at present and that is Denison's White Mesa mill.

So the question is, can Denison and EFR work out a toll milling agreement that works for both of them. In the meantime, Denison has been refurbishing the White Mesa mill so it is possible that they are not willing to enter a substantial milling agreement until they are sure that they can fulfill the terms. Or maybe they are waiting to see if EFR gets the final permit. It's kind of ironic, in a way, since the team at EFR are the ones that built White Mesa in an earlier incarnation of the company. The old Energy Fuels was one of the largest US producers of uranium during the last boom.

So...both of those events, assuming they come to pass, the final permit and a milling agreement, could be a catalyst that will put EFR back on an upward trajectory. That would be a welcome change.
