Those who sold at a loss will not have recourse. Those who bought gray after the halt may not either. But those who are holding shares of KGLJ from before the halt could collectively bring pressure to bear. It won't be quick or easy. But as the wheels go into motion, we'll force transparency for what's happened. IMO that last lame a$$ PR from KGLJ was an attempt to sweep this whole thing under the rug and make shareholders go away. That leaves the assets in the hands of..... you guessed it!
Looks like most of the operators are from TX. It's a damm shame that we can't bring 'em before Judge Roy Bean for a "suspended sentence."
