Who owns all the outstanding shares that let this vote happen one way or another? UTEK has 210 million correct?. I thought I saw the where Ketch OR Willenburg own no more than 5 percent. I have to assume apx 175 million of the 900 million out have not been purchased by anyone since that is what Ketch admited too a little while ago in the PREZ letter. Does that mean us stuckholders own the balance of purchased shares or apx 425 million shares owned OUTRIGHT? Doe's that mean we have the controlling vote if no-one was in favor of this 4 billion share bump?
