Hi Rusty mate, people invest in company and buy stock to see their stock appreciate in value, increased shareholder value.

If you see an R/S as a value-increasing agent, you miss the point in investing. Almost all non-earning companies that do a R/S never recover shareholder value lost. With penny stock market experience you will learn that a stock that does a R/S almost always returns to the stock price before the R/S.

Since the company did their dilution and lost shareholder value using mistruth and deception, the company would be better going belly up rather than continue to dupe new investors. They only hurt the reputation of the honest treasure hunters.

I lost over $10k believing only 1/10th the DPBM BS and have a lot of penny stock experience. I can imagine all the less skilled that lost money with this exceptionally good story stock built on misinformation.

If the operations you want to see continued are similar to the operations of the past, shame on you!

Regards,
Richard
