That I have no idea as of yet. Getting a site ready here, construction piles dirt yards high to compress the soil. It is left there for quite a while for it to become what you call undisturbed ground. Then they start on the construction. How long it takes depends entirely on the ground conditions. It is different for commercial buildings and residental..
