Element 21 Fishing Triples Production of the Carrot Stix(TM) Line of Fishing Rods

TORONTO, Apr 28, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Element 21 Golf Company (ETGF) (FRANKFURT: BJQ), the manufacturer of advanced Scandium Alloy golf and fishing equipment, announced today that April 2008 deliveries of the fishing segment of the company have tripled over its deliveries in January of 2008.

Currently, Element 21 is supplying fishing rods to these major distributors and retailers: West Marine, Cabellas, Simmons, Farris Brothers, Sportsman's Warehouse #151, Pitman Creek, Big Buck Trading Post, Buckey Outdoors, Cedar Creek Tackle, Delos Custom Tackle Shack, Ecommerce Outdoors, Efinger Sporting Goods, Fauntleroy Supply, Flippers, Gable Enterprises, Gradys Great Outdoors, Green Top Sporting Goods, Gene Lockwood, Gunnison Sports, Guns Sporting Goods, H K Gun and Pawn Earnest, Infinite Sports, Legends Outdoor Advantage, Mark's Outdoors, Puglias Sporting Goods, S.O.B. Fishing, Shotgun Sports Supply Co., Susquehanna Fishing Tackle, Tackle Box, Tackle Direct Warehouse, The Bass Shop, The Great Outdoor Store, Wacky Worm, and Woods and Waters Inc.

Heavy consumer demand continues to exceed new capacities, particularly as the new marketing initiatives for the Salt Water Carrot Stix(TM) series, go nationwide with two programs ("Fishing the Flats" and "Fins and Skins" with Henry Waszczuk) featuring Element 21 Carrot Stix(TM) and EMC2 Golf equipment.

Element 21 is expanding its retailer commitments based on new production capabilities. Pre-orders are booked only when product is being shipped to the Element 21 distribution centre to avoid late deliveries. Element 21 is working to be EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) ready by or before June 2008, in order to bring on board large US retail chains, and thus grow bigger Carrot Stix(TM) sales.

The challenges to a) increase production capacity in a very short time period b) maintain ultra tight quality controls, and c) match growth in sales with timely deliveries have been enormous.
