If this company was concerned with restoring shareholder confidence they would ungag the TA. After the debacle with the Nevada SOS this is the only way that shareholders could verify the share count so that the company cant pull another fast one on the shareholders. Shareholders should demand and ungagged TA otherwise how will you know that the company hasnt raised the A/S again and isnt dumping on you unsuspectingly like they did last time.
