I'm no expert on the subject but to me those numbers look realistic...I think the X factor for us here is if/when this salon gets cranking people will want to be on the new exciting idea that may help revitalize the auto industry..not to mention at some point the autos will start to rebound..and investors might want in on that turnaround to reap the rewards and the salon might be a great play for them..One thing that is hard to gage sometimes is the exceptance...sometimes stocks just run based on hype of the idea etc..sometimes some stocks are just embrassed by the market for whatever reason and a little over exhuberance kicks in and the stock flies...so who knows..i'd say compared to the companines in the industry your numbers look pretty good..but they don't have the Salon...This could potentially get huge media coverage if they do get that industry acceptance and build the buildng at the airport...
