Aiming, re >>I'm kind of shocked there is so much resistance to the suggestion that Cortex will do another financing - actually probably most here already agree Cortex will eventually do another one, so it's really just a matter of when and on what terms.<<

I agree with the latter, but my thinking is that Cor uses the binary event to their advantage to manage financing negotiations. An attempt to finance early, or before RD results, implies failure, or low expectation of success for the RD indication, regardless of early human RD data outcome. I think the financing organization would assume the worst outcome.

Cor management action and behavior, (including Dr Stoll's most recent message thru his last purchase) is a strong signal of high expectation of success for RD indication, as estimated by their available data and its interpretation(prior to initiating the German studies). I do not think that any of the human RD study data was available to Cor at the time of Dr Stoll's purchase, as Neuro suggested, otherwise he would not have been able to buy, based on insider information.

My thinking is that early financing would be a signal of weak RD data, but no news prior to RD reports might very well be a positive signal for Cor, with BP review of data in progress.
