Just to make it perfectly clear to anyone out there especially those investing in a stock that is effected buy oil prices....

Oil is cleared to go to $200, you don't clear something to go to a certain price and not use that ability.

Last time it was cleared to $100, morons said no no no that will never happen.

They have those hearings for a reason, it is the oil companies telling them what to expect, they aren't asking for anything.
