This Upper mangement at Advanced,,,in some ways reminds me of Warren Buffet...He tells all of his Ceo's of all his many companys,,(I only have 2 Rules,,,Rule Number 1..Take care of the Shareholders and Make them Profit and Happy,,,,,,Rule Number 2.....Dont forget Rule Number 1,,and in so many words Your position at My Company will No longer Exist with You,,and he would only check up on them with a phone call a couple of times a year,,..Iam sure I didnt get it word for word on a few things,,But yous people get the meaning...TGD
