walldog how can you have additional shares and not have dillution of ownership? Sure they add capital, but that does not negate the increase in the number of claims by shareshodlers on the exisitng holdings. It is the value of the existing holdings which then become diluted. Often the new shares are acquire at a discount not a premium to value. That is why investors buy the shares. As for a different exchange I'm not opposeed to a different exchange, However my experience with the AIM has been observing what appeared to be naked shorting. I'm not sure their regulations as as strick as the larger NASDA which I would view as a better more away from BB, or even onto the Toronto. It would be great to get more cash outside the realm of the falling $.
