Overpriced? Did you see the terms of the deal on it?

The purchase price is $25 million in cash and 6.5 million shares of restricted company stock.

I believe the entire purchase price was supposed to be $50MM. That means the pps of the restricted stock was about $3.75 per share. Wow.

Anyway, I think you missed the point, which is that 3 major news sources here in Memphis all have MYRA on the radar. That should go a long way to abate scam fears.
