Tommy got talent. He will find a way to cheat people outa the money he hasta pay to the IRS...but he might hafta give up his purple Hoose. His main prollem is he hasta pay tax on the money he cheats people out of to pay the tax. Sorta like a vicious circle.
If he had spent the energy he has spent on scams in honest endeavour, he would be rich w/o any looking over his shoulders.
But he never learned honest. A rather common failing these days. But it could be that he has a lotta shares in CDEX, and when that ship comes in, he will be wealthy beyond legend..of course!! HONEST, too, OF COURSE!!
Well, there is Jasper Milquetoast, and jasper the Ghost, and
Jasper the cheap setting for jewelery. But I had in mind the faintly perjorative that one uses when one wishes to express disdain re a stranger, but does not want to go to very much trouble to do it.
