This "penny_ta" posted on the ADCS board that there were something like over 300 million float when the TA confirmed yesterday that the total OS was only a smidge over 250 million. I wouldnt trust it. Heres what he/she said...
** ADCS - Float Estimate - 600 million

Note: within last week, it appears to have risen from 300 to 600 million
