Thanks Midas... read the whole thing in 10 seconds. Not sure if I'm a speed reader or it was too short. I am glad to see that volume is way up and the PPS is looking north. We are usually guessing around here, but at least something seems to be happening now. Maybe that next annual report just might have a few numbers in it other than the zip code.
