Isotec, A World Am Communication Subsidiary, Receives Orders To Upgrade
Security at U.S. Nuclear Facilities

WESTMINSTER, Colo., Feb. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Isotec Inc.
( http://www.isotecinc.com ), a wholly owned subsidiary of World Am
Communications, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: WLDI), which conceives, develops and
markets state-of-the-art security systems, today announced that it has
received orders from the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) in
Livermore, California, for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) to upgrade
security systems at a U.S. nuclear facility. Isotec also received an order
for a security upgrade at Pantex, a DOE facility in Amarillo, Texas.
Isotec will upgrade the DOE's "ARGUS" nuclear security system with Weight
Plate Systems, Optical Status Displays, and Optical Pull Handles, all designed
to make these facilities more secure to intruders. "These contracts build on
our existing contractual work for government entities and, significantly,
allows Isotec's products and name to gain greater exposure among key
principals in the defense and energy industries," said James H. Alexander,

Isotec has previously installed security systems at the LLNL, and for the
U.S. Navy, the U.S. Federal Reserve, and the U.S. Air Force Nuclear Weapons
storage facility, plus at well-known financial and other institutions. It
recently announced a series of products designed to significantly increase
security at airports.
