But if you alter the order from .10 to .11 and did not get filled at .10 and the whole order gets filled at .11 that should be one buy with one commission right?

Basically once a commission is applied it is part of a trip?

Still so new that I don't know if partials charge you a commission for each one filled as the only few trades that I have executed have been all or none.
