Hey every one I hit this on the low a couple of weeks ago and and just off the phone with Scottrade...Bought Qued 300,000 mor shares at a ask .0019,,they charge as if tour doing it online,,7.00 and cant remember the percentage point,,grand total commision was around 10.00...So then I went to open orders then it takes you to the next screen hit Modify and your back in control,,so I bumped it back up to .0025,,anticapating Monday Morning.....TGD...P.S were does anyone think this will open at..Thanks...
