They havent closed anything they have an LOI. If it was closed they would have PRed what position they have and more info about global. Look at their last PR read it LOI does not equal done deal.


I mean the global deal they even PRed that they were issuing preferred shares etc and that didnt end up happening so I dont know how you figure this is a done deal.
