Sounds feasible except if TS is allowing the price to drop to that level so YA can do just that, wouldn't that be outright planned manipulation?

I do believe YA is behind the SP spiral which is why I personally wouldn't give them the correct time of day nevermind jumping into bed with them on the new CD's.

I know there's and anti-shorting clause in the new CD's but really who has the time and resources down the road to monitor whether or not they do short? Its all about their bottom line not the company they hold the CD's on so can they really be trusted?
