Personally I feel there are too many external factors in place here that until several are cleared up the pps will continue to drop. I will start to load up when we are subpenny. I feel it will continue to drop and will be at an all time low around the time the divy's are no longer restricted.
The powers to be will not want a huge sell off at that time. And if there is, the shareholders will get just pennies on our dollars invested.
In my opinion that will be the time to grab everything you can. By that time we should see how the company is doing and if they are proceeding forward with growth.
