A good material event to PR would be that they've changed to a new TA who is not committed to keeping sharecounts to themselves. Then PR the share structure and maybe even file it with pinksheets.

Next material event would be to say that, hey, the hell with pinksheets, we are now filing with the SEC so here are our reports and here is full disclosure and please check with the TA at anytime for updated share counts if you ever suspect they are changing.

If you're not living on the edge, your taking up too much space.
