Don't buy and hold penny stocks... 2K is a lot of money if its all you can afford... You have to learn to day trade penny stocks or else just buy some big board. Buy and hold here isnt a good strategy as the chances that you will find the 1 company out of 1000 that will actually get out of the death spiral are just that: 1/1000
