I agree with you on all points, and hopefully it will be used to somehow increase shareholder value. An explanation is definitly needed or at least an update on the companies activity. If it is being used for company benefit I hate to see the pps driven down like it has, because you can at least agree it has been somewhat controlled. I hate to see it when you have an 80 - 100 million share dump, and everyone runs for the hills lol.
