Effective September 5, 2003, USURF acquired certain assets of Children's Technology Group, Inc. ("CTG"), a Golden, Colorado-based Internet portal providing a content-protected online environment for children. In the acquisition, we used $150,000 of our cash on hand and issued 2,800,000 shares of our common stock. In addition to revenues from the sale of services directly to customers, the Company expects to generate significant revenues through the licensing of the CTG content-filtering software.
