Physicians Adult Daycare, Inc. Expands Agreement with J.G.K. Consulting Group

Duane Starkey, CEO of Physicians Adult Daycare, Inc., announced today that the company has expanded an agreement with J.G.K. Consulting Group, a private consulting, funding and management firm.

J.G.K. Consulting Group is working with Pink OTC Markets (www.pinksheets.com) and EDGAR in an effort to upgrade the Company’s OTC Market Tier.

Additionally, J.G.K. Consulting Group disclosed it has been in contact with several funding groups that have shown tremendous excitement in funding new projects and centers for Physicians Adult Daycare, Inc. Physicians Adult Daycare's management team looks forward to attaining by year’s end the goal of acquiring or opening 10 additional adult daycare centers.
