by using words like POS and such.
FTR I called the guy and told him about his misstatements. He told me he got the information from the CEO and I should talk to him instead. Then I reported the licensed analyst to NASD. Willy and Kloock, both company paid stock promoters, were posting his report without the disclaimer, intentionally. Who's a POS? Just asking
