Dilution happens on most stocks but most of the time you know within a couple of days when the A/S increases so you can expect it.

With this one they did it to their shareholders dirty by hiding the increase. Who knows if the A/S isnt 2-3 billion now they could have filed another increase that isnt yet reflected on the Nevada SOS it worked before so why not try it again.
