E-MAILS... Complaints about emails vs pr's ... c'mon...!?

If anyone has time to complain about it then you have time to send an email or make a phone call to satisfy yourself! Contact information is easily obtainable in the iBox...! Or on the company website, national registry, phone book take your pick...
