Personally i think more then that needs to be done. People need to contact the SEC and have them look into the PR's put out by these guys and also the fact that the amendment changing the A/S by 1000% didnt show on the website for 2 months. This is the type of sham that needs to be stopped. Selling shares up to the A/S is one thing but hiding the A/S in order to mislead and allow you to sell is a whole nother animal.
