Matt I understand where you're coming from as per your PM--I just wonder aloud if the co is already receiving serious queries from buyout entities and are keeping financials out of the public domain with this (possibility) in mind.

What I am saying is that if this is a goal to sell for substantial markup that the co. will shoot itself in the foot to reveal it's worth 10 million, 30 million etc. now if someone is willing to pay 80 + million based on largely speculation. Offer first numbers come later...

Greed and Fear definitely play a role in respect to existing competitors or for those wanting 'instant equity' in this potentially lucrative industry.

This co. is a no-brainer as far as speaking to the inevitable. 500,000 users will be attained either July,August--September 2008 at the latest based on current trends. 'It's just a number ' some will say.

I firmly believe it may represent a great deal more to our competitors; a threat to their bottom line but also more importantly an opportunity to expand their Web reach or vastly improve upon operations.
