Nothing I said in that post is untrue. There have been 3 different CEO's in the last 6 months, 900 million shares at least added to the A/S, a 2 month delay in telling the stuckholders ah I mean shareholders that they raised the A/S. It has taken them since November and the Global deal isnt finalized which if I had to guess meant its not going to get done.

Pretty ridiculos if you ask me. I hope the SEC is looking into who was responsible for the delay in the filing being shown on the Nevada SOS.
