Shawn used to be with SeacoveIR that used to represent TAOL as the IR firm he no longer works with Jeremy and Seacove from what it seems and now works on his own.

Shawn is a cool guy. He never lead me on when i communicated with him in regards to TAOL.

not to sure how the whole Cohen and Shawn thing will work.
