The shell was sold for 200 million shares, this was all part of the "deal" to merge Aquagold into Omninet. This is the way these deals are structured. How much $$ Jesse recieved I don't know but its states that the transaction was at .0001 per share.

The company (Aquagold) can't explain where these shares are now....I believe they have all been sold into the market. That is why the float is over 200 mil

Maybe this is why Desilva wasn't mentioned in the pink sheets has having any shares? he got the 200 mil and already sold them.
