Now for some truth..
Nothing has to be upgraded as in your scenario with the software..The software is working just fine..With Iris only launched in the TJ area..adding Iris to the new region requires making changes that effect the new users..Like I said the new region doesn't have 750K users it has 6 million users..Your speculation is off the mark and Morley is correct..advertising was put on hold which can now resume..and to a larger population..Onev however is just about finished with Telmex as far as Mexico is concerned..Telmex now needs to sign a licensing contract to continue using Iris..Once that happens Onev gets paid not for just the TJ users but for all of Telmex..Stay tuned..We will discuss this in more detail after the signing of the licensing contract...veno
