I wouldn't go so far as to say others weren't bothered, but with such a small amount, and with the aquisition of the office building PR'ed earlier in the day I just don't think they saw it as the sky was falling. If you are looking for a publicly traded company that is going to release information to share holders every time they have a need to aquire capital for needed assets, you will be searching for that infamous needle in the hay stack.
