this one is for the birds , 1 to 600 r/s and then going private.
this sounds like an all around screwing the shareholders?
the price is above $4.00 per share. i don't get it about this and going private. would this 600 x's $4='s $2400 before the r/s then for the 1 to 600='s 1 share ='s $240? but they announce
less than 600 share will = $5.00. something is wrong with this r/s.
what it looks like a buyout to the shareholders around friday's
close at $4.55. i see o/s are 1,914,000
company is asa international , asaa.
