I beg to differ my friend.

The fact that there is not a 43-101 yet is obvious since they dont tend to release one like a surprise. they have an estimated time of when this will happen and we can bounce around it meanwhile.

The refinance in todays market is scary . I think Mr Faber is the type to reduce debt and increase profit . even if it means we have to suffer for a bit longer .You cant expect the planets too align themselves .Sometimes you have to nudge em a bit .
