After reading the last 100 posts or so it is very clear that TS needs to hold a shareholder conf in order to better inform his shareholders concerning all the questions on the old and new debt that have never clearly been explained.

What better way to inform your current shareholders and maybe even get the fence sitters to move by getting the many questions answered. If he has nothing to hide it could only be to the comapany good.
