1) a 200 million share buyout for the shell....and you don't call this Dilution? 500 million shares issued and this doesn't increase total O/S? or in other words "dilution"

2)didn't these two transaction not increase the number of O/S shares in AQUI? yes!

3) 500 million restricted block? why? for whom? the only reason to do this is to make these shares become unrestricted. This looks suspect to me.

4) if you want to raise more money for the comapny then issue more shares per transaction; That is why companies increase the total number of authorized shares. But to sell the shell for 200 million shares is ? and issueing 165 million more shares as "compensation" is ?

5) if the company didn't issue the 500 million shares we be looking at 364 million O/S or market cap of $15 million (.043)

Which would cause the share price to rise!!!!!!!!!
