Absolutely... what concerns me is that this time it really does appear the dilution/shorting closely matches the PR activity.

Just an educated guess, but I'd say the company itself may be one of those shorting this stock, as well as diluting.

If thats true... I would expect sideways movement for a while - like whats happening now.

Think I'll try to buy a few shares here at .0003.... a wildcard gamble.

Those who believe without reason... cannot be convinced by reason
